Greetings Paratopians! I bring you greetings from my own "Topia" of a sort, the beautiful Black Sea Coastal town of Varna, Bulgaria! So from one resort of sorts to another, I bring you a new topic!
The secret space program!
I can be silent no more on this subject! It is interesting to me, as I have been listening to what people have to say on this topic in pod cast world, how little they seem to know about the REAL space programs currently in progress around the world.
Finally a subject I can talk about with some authority! I am not a paranormal researcher, although interested in the subject, and I don't want to claim the term "Expert." This is the first time I have participated in any forums like this in any serious way.
I am a veteran of the NASA Program and have had the privilege of working with NASA Officials at the highest levels, and worked with, provided support for, and became friends with over 30 Astronauts/Cosmonauts. I have interfaced with the Russian Space Agency (RSA), NASDA (The Japanese Space Agency), ESA (The European Space Agency), and CNES (The French Space Agency). I was stationed in Moscow, Russia for 4 years doing communications and information technology support for the NASA/MIR program, and the International Space Station Program. In this capacity, I received many awards and commendations for Astronaut Support, Training, and Mission Critical work. For anyone needing documentation to prove this, I would be happy to provide this without question.
Now to the subject at hand.
There is NO secret space program...yet! This is a distraction...and a waste of research time. Forget it! If there were a secret space program, NASA would be the first agency to leak this info! It's all about budgets people! Three points and then I will shut up and listen for responses.
1. NASA would LOVE to have proof of UFO's buzzing planet earth and especially the US. Can you imagine what that would do to their budget?
2. NASA isn't actually staffed with old men in black suits smoking cigars in a back room. It is staffed with people who just as interested in this stuff as you all are! To tell you the truth, I had never heard of the "Coast to Coast" Radio Program, until I went to work in the space program! The people I worked with listened to it religiously because they never knew when NASA would be mentioned and they were looking for dirt!
3. There are black budget programs that go on but these are mostly weapons delivery systems (Read here X-33/X-34). Notice, early I said the word "Yet." The commercialization of the space program, and these privately funded space ventures (Look up the X-Prize for examples), will bring about the "Secret Space Program" that everyone seems to think is already here. Just as the USA can outsource its aircraft design, production, and testing, so then will it be able to outsource its off-planet activities. This brings me to UFO's and secret aircraft which is a whole other topic.
My intention here is to save researchers time and effort and just say "Don't look here...because there is NO Here, Here.!" If that makes sense.
Look forward to the discussion. Until then, Ciao! (The Bulgarian one...not the Italian One)
